You know, better than most, that the most important conversations rarely happen on a schedule. They happen when someone creates the right conditions (enough space, enough safety, enough genuine curiosity) for people to say what they actually mean.
That's what we're hoping to offer you here, before Munich.
Each of you has dedicated yourself, in your own way, to something Bob Hoffman believed deeply: that the patterns we inherit don't have to be the patterns we pass on. You've carried that belief across continents, across generations, across a network that now touches thousands of lives a year. The question before you in May isn't just strategic, it's about what kind of legacy you most want to help build, and what Hoffman International needs to become to make that possible.
Before you gather as a group, we'd like to hear from each of you individually. Not through a form or a survey, but through a real conversation, guided by a conversational AI facilitator designed to listen carefully and ask the questions that matter. In our experience, people often arrive at something truer in this format than they expect. There's no one to manage, no dynamic to navigate. Just your own thinking, given space to become clear.
What you share will be heard, anonymized, and woven into the foundation of what we build together in Munich, so that when you arrive, you're not starting from a blank page. You're starting from what the group already knows.
We're honored to be in this work with you.
— Jonah Evans and the Neutral Ground HQ team
A note from Jonah.
A few things to know before you begin.
You're about to have a voice conversation with our AI facilitator. This is the start of The MosAIc™ Process, where we gather the individual pieces of thinking from across your leadership team that, together, will form the bigger picture you'll work from in Munich. There are no right answers. The most useful thing you can bring is honesty about what you actually believe.
1
You'll hear a voice, and it will hear you. It's designed to follow your thinking, ask genuine follow-up questions, and give you room to go deeper than a first answer usually allows. If something isn't clear, ask it to rephrase. If you want to return to something, say so. It will follow.
2
MosAIc is multilingual. The interviewer speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German. Begin in whichever language feels most natural and it will respond in kind.
3
Find a quiet space where you can speak freely for 15 to 30 minutes. A strong internet connection helps, as do headphones. Speak at your natural pace, and remember, the thinking can happen out loud.
When you're ready, press begin.
FAQ
What happens to my responses?
Your conversation is stored securely for 30 days while our team synthesizes insights from across the group. All identifying information is removed before any synthesis takes place. Transcripts and recordings are then deleted.
Will anyone know what I said?
No. Only Jonah's internal team sees full transcripts. What reaches the wider group is an anonymized summary of themes. No names or individual attribution will be public at any stage.
Is my conversation private and secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored on a private server, and never shared with third parties. The platforms we use operate under commercial privacy terms that prohibit using your content to train AI models.
What if I get interrupted or need to start over?
No problem. Just click the link again and start a new conversation. The bot won't remember your previous session, so give your name again and pick up from where you want to go. Nothing is lost by starting fresh.
How do I know it's working?
When the conversation is active you'll see a visual indicator on screen. If it looks frozen, refresh the page and start again.
About the technology we use
The conversation: Your voice conversation is powered by ElevenLabs, a secure conversational AI platform. Your audio is processed to generate responses in real time, is not shared with third parties, and is governed by ElevenLabs' privacy policy and terms of use.
The synthesis: After your conversation, our team uses Anthropic's Claude, accessed through their commercial API, to help synthesize themes across all responses. Under commercial API terms, Anthropic does not use your data for model training. All content passed through for synthesis has already been stripped of identifying information.
When the page loads, your browser will ask for permission to use your microphone. Select "Allow." If you missed that prompt, click the small camera or lock icon in your browser's address bar and enable microphone access, then refresh the page.
I can't hear anything
Check that your device volume is turned up and not muted. Headphones or earbuds tend to give the clearest experience.
The voice sounds choppy or keeps cutting out
This is usually a connection issue. Move closer to your wifi router if you can, close any other browser tabs or video calls running in the background, and try again.
I clicked the link but nothing happened
Try opening it in a different browser. On iPhone, Safari works best. On Android, use Chrome. On a computer, Chrome or Edge are the most reliable choices.
